The partner runs the van on their routes for the term of the lease.
Payment

Managing the vehicle
The recurring work, handled per VIN.
A vehicle that is down, unregistered, or out of inspection stops revenue that day. Whoever carries the obligation, the work is the same, and it repeats for as long as the van is on the road.
Registration
Filed and kept current for every vehicle on the lease.
Titling
Titles obtained, held, and transferred as the vehicle changes hands.
Tag renewal
Tracked by expiry and renewed before a lapse can ground a van.
Inspection scheduling
Inspections booked and kept ahead of the compliance date.
